The NDA syllabus is designed to assist applicants in advancing their knowledge and abilities. Cadets are supervised by former military soldiers and guided by experienced faculty members in each topic. Their timetable runs from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. We also do the NDA/NA test forms as well as those for other competitive examinations. Plan a variety of events for cadets, such as quiz contests, group discussions, historical excursions, picnics, yearly and national day celebrations, inspirational speeches, and advice from active and former government leaders and members of the armed forces.

Eligibility for the NDA Foundation course:

  • The candidate must be an Indian national and fulfil the prerequisites set out by the Indian Maritime University (IMU) or the National Defence Academy (NDA).
  • Age shouldn’t exceed 15 years.
  • The admission notification will include specific information on the eligibility requirements.
  • According to NDA criteria, health should be good.
  • Ready to remain on campus (As it is a compulsory Residential Program).
  • This course is open to science students who will be entering their eleventh-grade year.
  • The students must receive a grade equivalent to or greater than 65 percent in their tenth grade.

WHY WE?

Medical Standards for Joining NDA

Applicants must meet physical fitness requirements in order to be admitted to the Naval Academy and National Defence Academy. To expedite the completion of the medical test, candidates are encouraged to correct minor flaws or illnesses. Wax (ears), Deviated Nasal Septum, Hydrocele/Phimosis, Overweight/Underweight, Undersized Chest, Piles, Gynaecomastia, Tonsillitis, and Varicocele are among the prevalent minor disorders listed below. The applicant must be in good physical and mental health and free from any conditions that might make it difficult for them to carry out their military responsibilities effectively. There should be no indication of underweight, physical flaws, or a weak constitution. The applicant shouldn't be fat or overweight. 157.5 cm is the minimum permissible height (162.5 cm for Air Force).
